The health and safety of our patients and staff are of utmost concern. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we have adopted guidelines to protect patients and staff members. All equipment, rooms and the waiting area are sterilized regularly. Also all staff is provided appropriate protective equipment for your protection.
Please inform us if you have been diagnosed with COVID-19/Coronavirus previously or have been exposed to someone with the virus.
We are screening all patients for symptoms prior to arrival for their appointment. Please let our staff know as soon as possible if you develop any concerning symptoms prior to the day of your appointment, and please do not come to the office if you have active symptoms which include the following:
- coughing
- nasal congestion /sneezing
- body aches and pains with chills or flu-like symptoms
- fever >100.2
- sudden loss of smell or taste that has occurred in the last 2 weeks
- shortness of breath that is worse than usual
If you do have these symptoms please inform our staff and, if you desire, a physician can call you for a visit.
We ask all patients and family to wear masks that cover both the mouth and nose during the visit. Please do not have more than one family member with you.
Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to your appointment as we are trying to reduce exposure in the waiting room.
